Pitt Meadows will be hosting an Amateur Radio Course as part of their Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program, including the opportunity to write an exam for the Ham Radio License.
We will be following the format from instructors in Abbotsford to reduce the amount of hours in class time.
The expectation is that you will have read the manual once or twice before class time, that way the material covered will be familiar.
There will be one day of theory and review, with the second day being for the writing of the exam.
Participants must register at emo@pittmeadows.ca and pick up a manual at the front desk at City Hall.
