Just a reminder that Cadets are not going to the Squadron tonight. ACR Parade practice in Civvies is at Maple Ridge Alliance Church at 20399 Dewdney Trunk Road for 1815 hrs and we will be done shortly after 9pm tonight.

Per the recent COVID Posture document the church does not require masks so it is optional for Cadets and Volunteers. Staff are still required to wear masks. Social distancing still must be maintained indoors.

1. Cadets and Staff must Sign-up for the Subway Lunch order to ensure they get lunch on ACR. The sign-up is on the Squadron website. Deadline is 1900 hrs Wednesday 25 May.

2. Thursday parade night, 26 May is at Maple Ridge Alliance Church, 20399 Dewdney Trunk Rd 1830 - 2115 hrs

3. Saturday 28 May, Our 68th Annual Ceremonial Review. Cadets are to arrive at 0800 hrs in civilian clothes with their uniforms hung up and their boots in a bag. Please make sure you have breakfast beforehand, no milk products.

3a. Parents and Guests should arrive no later than 1245 hrs at the Gymnasium entrance in the Lower parking lot entry off Dewdney Trunk before 203rd. Cadets will be free to leave after the venue has been cleaned up after the ACR approximately 1600 hrs (4pm).

4. The overnight exercise has NOT been approved so the FTX will be both day time Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 June. The signup is on the website please make sure you signup .

1. Tuesday 24 May Flight night is from 1830 - 2100. It's the last flight night before ACR. It is strongly encouraged that all cadets/flights attend. Supply will be open from 1830 - 1930 (630-730pm) for any last minute supply uniform parts/exchanges.

5. We are still waiting for the approval of the FTX in either format. Please sign-up for the FTX 10-12 if the overnight FTX is approved or 11-12 if it becomes (2) one day exercises (Sat/Sun) The signup is the same list we want to make sure that we'll have enough supplies and food for either the weekend or the Sat/Sun.
